Care Support Workers

Caxton Domiciliary Care Services is a friendly and supportive organisation for its support Workers. We give all our carers the opportunity to develop their career in Health and Social Care. Our Support workers play a very important part in our organisation. We value their services and dedication very highly so that we can deliver the highest quality care. To achieve this we ensure that they are given the appropriate training and also that they are given opportunity to register on Social Care courses, if required, which will lead to a City & Guilds Diploma in Health Social Care.

We put our Carers through a mandatory training course which includes the awareness of personal safety and the safety of other; risk assessment and prevention; importance of care plans; infection control; lone worker policy; record keeping; managing aggression; dementia care; safe guarding vulnerable adults and the importance and implication of RIDDOR and COSHH. We also cover team working and working with third parties. We have ongoing training, development and supervision for all of our carers.

We offer very excellent pay rates included enhanced weekend and Bank holidays.
